WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a high-performing Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale salon environment and is driven by results.
This is not a traditional receptionist role—this is a sales-focused, revenue-generating position. You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail.
If you have experience in a busy salon, medspa, or luxury service environment and love the thrill of hitting goals and earning more based on performance, you’ll fit right in.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver a polished, high-touch guest experience from check-in to checkout
- Respond to leads quickly and confidently via phone, text, and online inquiries
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term clients
- Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule
- Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products
- Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven sales experience (salon, spa, medspa, fitness, or retail)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-end or luxury service environment
- Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport and close
- Comfortable on the phone—able to convert, not just answer

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Tech-savvy with booking systems and POS platforms
- Availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturdays is required
